Rapsey Griffiths is an advisory firm that specialises in business turnaround and insolvency. The re-launch of rapseygriffiths.com.au consolidated the visual and voice re-brand of the firm, showcasing the firm as approachable, progressive, and modern.

I created the user experience and user interface to produce a working prototype that was tested against the brand values and user stories.
I then briefed and project managed external developers to complete and launch the website. The re-development also included revision of all written content including compliance and legal considerations. In the 3 months since launch, there has been a 24% increase in unique visitors and a 64% increase in visit duration.
The website was the consolidation of the rebrand that I completed for Rapsey Griffiths. Previously the were using very staged stock photography that felt inauthentic. We re-shot a suite of corporate photography in our offices, with our clients and in the cafes the team visits regularly. And the colour palette of the brand was refreshed to be more and the logo updated also.
Ebooks
developed a suite eBooks targeting 4 different sectors and developed and managed the communications campaign of their release. I also translated these PDF eBooks into long form content, to enhance user experience and improve SEO,
Insolvency Calculator
An insolvency assessment tool was previously used on the Rapsey Griffiths website as a lead generator. However, there were many barriers to completion (unnecessary pagination, multiple mandatory detail capture forms, etc).
I worked to improve the user experience to streamline lead generation capture and provide real value to users. Launched just prior to my exit, the Insolvency Check has significantly improved usability and content quality, leading to increased completion and potential leads.
